Benefits of Joining our Family of Academies
All of our Principals work together to combine our collective knowledge and skills. All Principals meet regularly to discuss new ideas and to find effective solutions to the challenges facing school leaders. Senior leaders and subject leaders in all our Academies also collaborate and share expertise and resources.
Academies collaborate to produce the most effective curriculum for their children. All resources and learning materials are stored centrally for all teachers to share across the Trust. Academies are encouraged to try new ideas and teaching methods to feedback results to their fellow professionals.
Teachers and support staff are recruited to individual academies and appointed by Principals. HR advice and guidance is available throughout the process. HR support is also available to ensure all vacancies are filled and any staffing issues are quickly resolved.
Teachers and support staff have access to quality training and work collaboratively to improve the quality of delivery to our young people.
Core Services - (Finance, HR and School Improvement)
An experienced Finance team support Academy Principals with all aspects of their budget and expenditure. The Trust’s HR team provide help, advice and practical support for Academies regarding all staffing issues. All of our Academies work together with our School Improvement team to support our shared goal of improving the educational experience for young people. New Academies can opt to buy in a range of services including IT, Estates Management, Public Relations, Education Welfare. Please see our pages on our additional services.
